You can check the ranking board on the side wall of the dartboard.
Get first place (finish in 6-7 pitches) and you get the trophy "Heavenly Dart Player".
After defeating the Enigmatic Spectre in Chapter 4 with the #1 ranking, you can get the Luck Up Materia from the Wedge in Seventh Heaven.

Press the Zbutton when the arrow is matched with the blue-white circle gauge and the markers to zoom in and out. Pinpoint it.
Rule 301
The fewer times you throw the ball until it is reduced to 0 points, the better your score will be.
If you throw as few as six times, you can make it to 301 points.
